Yes, you are eligible because most of the university do consider your Master's degree for the eligibility percentage in place of graduation. But, you need to check with the particular university for the admission process and eligibility.

You can pursue MA in English through distance mode. But, if you want to pursue MA in English through regular mode, then you might face some problem as most of the universities require Bachelor's degree in relevant stream or English as a subject in all 3 years of graduation.
