Internal Assessment:
Internal Assessment is for 25 marks. Internal Assessment shall be done in the following
manner:
I) The average of the best two scores of the students
from three tests of an hour duration shall be averaged - 15 marks
ii) Assignment - 4 marks
iii) Seminars - 6 marks-

Passing Minimum:
There is a pass minimum of 50 for external and overall components
For all problems involving papers 60% for problem and 40% for theory questions shall be asked. (For Indirect Taxation Theory 80% and Problem 20%)
Industrial Visit
Industrial visits are compulsory for students of commerce. On duty leave shall be
sanctioned to the staff accompanying the students. Eligibility for admission
A Candidate who has passed the B.Com or B.A. (Corporate Secretaryship), or B.A. , (Bank Management), or B.A. (Co-op), or B.A. (Indus. Org. ). Or B.Com. CA degree is eligible

MODEL QUESTION PATTERN FOR M.Com. , COURSE
WITH EFFECT FROM 2017-2018. The question paper consists of 3 sections, A, B and C. Questions should cover all the units in the syllabus. In case of quantitative papers questions shall be in the ratio of 60 percent for problem and
40 percent for theory. Section A
