Hello shailjaMinimum eligibility for any course is 50% so you can try to apply for it. The eligibility will depend upon the college cut off.

Registrations for IGNOU MCom Admission 2023 for the January session will close soon. The deadline is March 27, 2023.
Delhi University M.Com admission 2023 will be based on the Common CUET PG 2023 applications are open now.
To get admission in MCom at Rajasthan University, students must be eligible by completing a Bachelor degree in the respective subjects according to the course-specific requirement.

No, they did not provide the facility for in house category for unaided courses and M.Com is a unaided course, that's why you are not able to use inhouse category here, enen if you are student of Mithibai college.
