Yes, you can take admission outside India, but you may be needed to repeat the semester again because everywhere there are different policies, but if you have your result and you are taking in admission in the same course then most probably there is no need to repeat your semester.

M.Com course enrollment will be based on the DUET 2023 Entrance exam. DUET M.Com 2023 registration will open on 6 April 2023 and the deadline is 30 June 2023 for academic session 2023. also you can contact in college to ask your queries.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Com part 2 because the maximum number of KT's allowed to take is 5. It could be a combination of any previous semesters KT. So, if you have 5 or less than that you are good to go.

You can choose open learning, there are many colleges where you can take admission by online way and by going there once or twice , then you just have to go there for giving exams, this system is called open learning . By this you can save your time and get your required degree. You can take admission in SOL or IGNOU etc. For more information contact to shiksha portal .
