Usually, the percentage rate depends upon the university in which you want to get the admission. The marks are based over the Categories. So usually mostly universities want a minimum of 65% marks in OBC Category to get admission seat in M.Com.

Yes, you can do that. It was not valid one year ago but last year in july, University Grants Commission (U. G. C. ) approved that a student can pursue two degrees at the same time but not as a regular student. The rule says "One degree as a regular student and another degree through open/distance learning". Must have completed a previous course degree in B.Com or related with minimum aggregate marks of 55%. Rs6230 (1st Year Fees). Hope this answer helps.

There are two ways a student can get admission to the Master of Commerce at Delhi University.
1- Direct Entry: A student can get direct entry into the respective college although the student must be a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and admission will be granted based on the required graduation Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
