Usually, a good college will not allow admission to candidates who do not have a Bachelors degree in design. Yet, you should check the eligibility criteria of various colleges where you wish to apply as every college has different criteria for admission. Also, if not Masters, I am sure you are eligible to get admission in Diploma courses.

It depends on the institution as the eligibility and admission criteria vary from one institute to another. Some institutes would accept only B. Des students for admission, while others welcome students from any discipline and background. You will have to check individually with the concerned college where you wish to apply.
