Can I do a correction? Doctoral degree i.e. PhD is higher in heirarchy than MPhil. Hence if you are already a PhD the best course for you is to do PhD in another topic rather than MPhil.

Where do you wish to apply? At least 55% marks in the aggregate is required to apply for M.Phil.
