A Diploma is any stream is done on the basis of XII or Graduation. That way you are eligible. It will be beneficial to enhance your knowledge and will surely expand your career scope as well. However, I wish that it relates to your Ph.D. and other studies.

Any degree that you do adds to your competence as well as strengthens the job claims. In you case, if you are already working with M.Sc. And B.Sc. This will enhance your claim in Higher Education. I suggest that you should do B.Ed that will be more beneficial for school teaching careers.

This is to inform you that M.Phil. through the distance mode has been discontinued all over the country. If you come across any such offer then please be aware that these are not valid. However, Open universities like IGNOU still offer this but that is a different process with monitored c

M.Phil. through distance mode is not available anywhere in India now. I don't mean IGNOU, but universities like CDLU or KUK do not offer these anymore.

M.Phil is offered by the concerned teaching department of the University now. you need to see whether they have opened seats and have advertised the Admissions.

Entrance test syllabus is based on the eligibility criteria. So if you have this, then I feel you should not worry about entrance exam. You will definitely pass.
However, the source of past papers with answers would be coaching classes.

You can work in colleges or schools as a teacher. You can earn a hefty sum if you choose a permanent job in a coaching centre or can open tutorials.

Yes, generally reputed universities help in part time Ph.D.

You can do M.Phil through distance education.
