Hi Alka, you can do M.Sc. After B.Sc. Chemistry. Your B.Sc. Marks will be given more weightage than class 12th. Whether or not PCM is required in 12th will depend on the university admission requirements but not required during B.Sc. Commonly.

The candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons) Anthropology with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university. Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc, but chances for government colleges are less, but you may possibly get admission in private colleges. There is relaxation for SC/ST candidates for 5% in government colleges.

As your marks is very Low in your B.Sc. You may find it difficult to get some college still some college takes admission with this grade also. You can see Lovely Professional University, they conduct their own examination. If you score good in that, you can take admission.

Anna University organizes an entrance exam for admission in master courses.
One must be a graduate in order to apply for M.Sc Program while for M.Phil. Program admissions, post graduates in the related field of interest may apply. You may refer to the complete eligibility criteria for more.
