Yes, you can do B.Ed along with M.Sc Mathematics but you have to make sure one course is regular and another one is from distance. Both as regular courses can make both invalid. So I will tell you personally to do B.Ed as regular from any good college and M.Sc from distance. Both courses are rigorous, requiring theoretical knowledge, assignments, exams, and practical work. It's important to ensure that you have the necessary time, focus, and resources to manage both effectively.

Hi!

In the Aravali region, some prominent government colleges offering M.Sc. in Mathematics are:

  1. University of Delhi and Jamia Millia Islamia – Both are well-known for their excellent Mathematics programs.
  2. Hansraj College (Delhi University) – Offers a strong M.Sc. in Mathematics.
  3. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS) – Though business-focused, it offers advanced Mathematics courses.
  4. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) – A respected option for M.Sc. Mathematics in Aligarh.

It's best to contact the colleges directly for the latest admission details. All the best with your application!

The M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing course at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has a good placement record, with several reputed companies from various sectors visiting the campus for recruitment. Graduates of this course are typically hired in industries such as IT, data analytics, finance, research, and more.

Some common recruiters include top IT firms, financial institutions, and research organizations. Students can also pursue higher studies or research roles after completing their degree.

Hello!

Yes, you can pursue an M.Sc. in Mathematics from IGNOU even if you have completed B.Tech in Biotechnology, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. IGNOU generally requires candidates to have a background in Mathematics at the undergraduate level. Since you have completed 3 math papers in your B.Tech course, you might be eligible, but it's important to check the specific requirements for the M.Sc. Mathematics programme on IGNOU's official website.

I will recommend reaching out to IGNOU's admission office to confirm your eligibility and any additional requirements for your case.

Good luck with your application!

Some of the good central universities for integrated B.Sc + M.Sc Mathematics are Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR). Admissions usually take place by qualifying entrance exams like CUET or a test administered by the university in question; hence, a student has to check individual requirements in addition to timely application as per their guidelines.

In addition to their CUET UG, candidates can seek direct entries into the management quota and special provisions available in the Central University of Tamil Nadu by contacting them in response to alternative entry methods to the university. Further some universities may require additional eligibility standards or entrance exams in integrated M.Sc Mathematics. To this end, one ought to contact the relevant institute directly.

A Bachelors degree (B.Sc or equivalent) earned in the 10+2+3 pattern from an accredited university is a prerequisite for admission to Government Rajindra College's M.Sc in Mathematics program in Bathinda. Only merit is used to determine admission. This postgraduate program is offered by Punjabi University in Patiala and lasts for two years full-time. Thirty seats are available for this self-funded program at the college.
