Hello Kadeejathu, you can pursue M.Sc. in Polymer Chemistry at University of Calicut based on your degree merit, there should be a minimum requirement of 50% at UG and further (Chemistry should be a main stream subject during your under graduation with a amount 45+ results in it precisely.

He/she needs to have a minimum of 45% in their respective bachelor's degree for MSC industrial chemistry.

Techno India University offers the course MSC Biotechnology based on the bachelors merit that you've obtained in the undergraduation. So it's better to maintain atleast moderate score to avail the additional features provided by the college management. You need to have a 50% in Bachelors degree.

It varies based on the board results that you obtained in 12th and if the number of students having marks more than 90% then the cutoff ratio is going to be high obviously. They consider each and every subject score and calculate it, hence in such a way they sort out the students as per respective course requirements.
