After completing BDS a student can do MS by clearing the NEET exam and enter either a government college or a private college. The benefit of pursuing MS is that it will give you additional clinical knowledge that can be used in your clinical practice.

MS pursued by the candidates who have completed M. B. S. Course from a medical college recognised by Medical Council. A graduate of any recognised university in any discipline with 50% or more marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
Candidate should have completed registration either from Medical Council after passing final MBBS examination and should have completed one-year Internship.
