I you have completed your B.Sc. Then your can pursue M.Sc. From same subject. For that you should give the Exam like CUET if you want to do Masters from a central university otherwise you can take admission in any of your state private university as well.
You can pursue masters from Indias top colleges like-
St. Stephens college, Hindu college and other college of University of Delhi.
Jawahar lala Nehru University (JNU)
Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
And also do masters from top IITs.
This may help.

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry is a full-time two-year (4 Semesters) postgraduate course offered by the Faculty of Physical Sciences (Department of Chemistry) at Punjabi University, Patiala.
In order to get admission you have to crack the Entrance test conducted by Punjabi University and the eligibility criterion for the entrance exam is the degree of B.Sc. with Chemistry or B.Sc. (Hons. School) in Chemistry.
So, the cut-off depends on your ability to score in that entrance exam.
