Although I am not familiar with Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, as alumnus of LPu, I can provide information. One of Punjab's and India's Best Agriculture Colleges is LPU School of Agriculture. M.Sc. + B.Sc. Is an integrated course is a 5 year programme offered by NIT Patna and to take admission you have to give the IIT JAM Exam and also Candidate Should have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate Marks. Selection Procedure is then based on the score obtained in the IIT JAM Exam.

Lateral entry is basically entering a college while having completed the previous year or semester in another college. It is possible in some universities and colleges to get lateral entry but not many of them provide such facility. Also it depends on the course one is studying, usually lateral entry is seen in B.Tech courses. Some universities providing lateral entry are Mumbai University, Mizoram University, Maharashtra Institute of Technology and other as well. I hope you find this helpful.
