Osmania university is the best university you can choose. In this university, you need to score above 70 and less than 1000 for admission there.
And this shows that your score is pretty good for getting a seat in even placements also, The highest salary package is 4.5 LPA .

B.Sc for MPCS students is nearly INR 40000-60000 per annum.
B.Sc for nursing students is nearly INR 1L per annum.
And remaining all graduation groups have same INR 40000-60000.
