The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc Nursing /Bsc Hons Nursing/Post Basic B.sc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

No, one is not required to give NEET-PG for getting admission in MSc Nursing course in AFMC. However, one is required to appear for an entrance exam. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this admission process.
