Basically it depends on your area of interest, if you are going for the M tech from IIT then your future is totally dedicated to the researching aproach and new innovative ideas, on the other side if you completed your MBA from FMS delhi then your career is will be headed by administrative aproach, both are fortune institutes!!!

Dear student
As per your career path you should go for MSc in astrophysics and than go for PhD programme even very few universities do offer this specialisation .
And if you want to do M.tech than the require education degree will be B.tech or MSc level.

Yes, you can do bsc + msc and then mtech for physics related field. If you are keen to become an astrophysicist, check BS + MS courses at IISER or IISC. All the best
