Honestly speaking if really want to go to very good college then try to give GATE and score better. These days there are number of private engineering colleges in market. But quality of education is not good in majority of colleges. Therefore, I would highly recommend you to give GATE examination and then get admitted to any top tier college for M.Tech. program.
Hope it guides you.

It depends on where you wish to see yourself after the completion of the course. If you are confident of contributing further to the growing world of technology and would like to establish yourself as an engineer, then a M Tech may be preferred. If you are confident of your managerial skills and wish to climb the corporate ladder, then an MBA may be preferred.

You should opt for M.Tech. It has more career options in teaching. Teaching in engineering colleges demands to have at least M.Tech. from aspirants who wish to join as teacher or lecturer .
All the best.

There is M.Tech as well as B.Tech programs but both have separate entry exams. So you will need to pass those to get into M.Tech after completing your B.Tech. If you post a bit more info like the state from where you want to apply from, I can give you the details of these entry exams.
