There is 10 to 15% pay difference between B.Tech and M.Tech CS in Applcation development role. Some M.Tech who pick up jobs in systems development may get 30% extra pay. In case you want to specialise in any field of CS such as Data Analytic , Artificial intelligence , It security etc then M.Tech is right option.

You have many scholarships available at master's level for studying abroad so all you need is a good academic and co curricular record with some work experience. The tests you need are TOEFL and GRE.
