Its UPES-MEET test cum interview is already going on in different cities across India. It is Paper Pencil test followed by Interview. GATE qualifiers can directly appear for the interviw. For more information you can visit the website and apply for it.

Since you have 3 years of work experience, you can apply for MBA without GMAT. however, M.Tech without GRE would be difficult. Also, IELTS would be mandatory if you are planning for an English taught course and TestDAF is you are willing for a course taught in German language. Would recommend you to write IELTS and look towards Grenoble Business School. It is amongst the best in Germany and would consider your application even without GMAT.
