As per the latest report, 2 students of MTech in computer Science were placed during IIT Mandi placements in 2024 with a median package of INR 20.3 LPA. The key highlights of IIT Mandi placements for the M.Tech Class of 2023 are tabulated below:

JUET conducts an entrance exam for M.Tech admission. JUET Guna PGET is the abbreviated form of the Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology Post Graduate Entrance Test. It is conducted to admit Non-GATE qualified candidates to M.Tech programmes offered by the university. Besides, GATE-qualified candidates must not appear in JUET Guna PGET. The seats that are left vacant after the admission of GATE-qualified candidates are offered to the Non-GATE qualified candidates through PGET.

Yes, candidates with a valid GATE or any other national-level entrance exam score can get direct admission to M.Tech programme. The university also accepts CUET-PG score for MTech. Aspirants appearing in the final year examination of the qualifying degree may also apply. They will be required to submit mark sheet of the qualifying degree on or before the date of registration.

The median salary for the M.Tech course at K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research (KKWIEER) is INR 1.8 LPA.  It has gained recognition for its quality education and research in engineering and management. The institute aims to provide academically rich knowledge blended with practical orientation to develop the skills of computer application professionals. Also K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research has earned a remarkable review rating of 4.02 based on student feedback at Shiksha. Furthermore, it has received a rating of 3.78 for Placements.

JEC has a dedicated training and placement cell that provides students with career development programs, technical sessions, and guest lectures from industry professionals. The college has a strong track record of placing students in top companies, with recruiters such as Zensar, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, Reliance, and Persistent.

In the academic year 2022, 24 students were placed in M.Tech programs at JEC, with a median salary package of Rs 4,80,000 per annum.

The average salary package offered to B.Tech students at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology during the 2023 placement drive was around 6 Lakhs per annum.  There were around 90-100 recruiters.
