As of my knowledge cutoff date of 2021-09, IIT Kharagpur offered several specializations for its Joint M.Tech / MCP (City Planning)-Ph.D. programme. Some of these specializations are:

For admission to M.Tech programs, students must sit for national- and university-level exams like OJEE GATE UPSEE, TANCET etc. According to the NIRF, the top three Colleges offering M.Tech courses are IIT Madras, IIT Delhi & IIT Bombay etc. The average Fees for M.Tech courses range from INR 50,000 to 2 lacs. Average M.Tech Salary: INR 7.5 LPA

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur offers M.Tech courses in Chemical Engineering. LIT offers direct admission to M.Tech courses without GATE or MH-CET exam for sponsored candidates only.
