Hello Saujanya, There is no M.Tech in aircraft maintenance engineering. This is so because even though the name is aircraft maintenance engineering, student actually gets B.Sc. Degree. So after this degree, one can only do M.Sc. And not M.Tech. Best wishes to you.

If you are planning to study abroad, the admission process will require you to give one language exam and one standardized exam. However, depending on the country, course or college you are targeting, you may be exempt from standardized exams, but you would still be required to take one language exam to show English language proficiency. Depending on the course and college, you may also be required to provide scores of one standardized test. Looking for Abroad Counselling? As per my knowledge and my opinion, to become a professor in Government University, you can go in any of the two options, you have mentioned, as if you go for B.Tech M.Tech and then Ph.D. You are eligible for professor in University of Technology, and if you go for B.Sc M.Sc and Ph.D, then you are eligible as the subject teacher of the respective subject in which you have completed the graduation post-graduation and Ph.D.
