B.Tech alone is quite a beneficial degree. It is quite obvious considering this fact that going for M.Tech after a B.Tech degree would definitely be fruitful. Integrated B.Tech and M.Tech is therefore definitely beneficial. Mechatronics becomes more multidisciplinary and robotics unifying subject. You can go to robotics arena with mechatroics master without restriction but reverse is not always true. As for colleges I see its already answered.

What are you going to do, after doing B.Sc. In chemistry, you want to go in technology, you are going too wrong. I don't know whether you get admission or not but I am assured you have faced lot of problems to get a job.

Hello Rohit,
The placement is pretty much decent in Industrial and management. Some of them have grabbed jobs from the biggest analytics firms like Mckinsey, UHG etc. The placement statistics for IME have been impressive and will continue to be due to emerging growth of data analytics and science in market.

Hi Shambhavi,
As you know that M.Tech admission in top colleges of the country is done via GATE examination. Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in CSE if you take GATE exam from CSE branch or if you choose CSE as your GATE paper. Score good and get admission in top colleges.
