It totally depends on what you like more, you should always go for the thing you're good at. Test your skills and then opt anyone. Still, as a recommendation, I would say MBA.

Hello Yashwanth,
Although M.Tech students are eligible for all those jobs where B.Tech is required. But, still if you want to specific about PG, then all the IITs recruit for research scholars in different domains. As well as there are different teaching options in universities and colleges. Different PSUs demands PG candidates (most of time with experience). Good luck.

As per your choices. That you have mentioned here, the best option is to do B.Tech and M.Tech and then MS as after completing MS from abroad. You will have a plenty of options and can have a very comfortable life ahead.
