Yes, definitely you can do M.Tech course after M.Sc, but to get admission in good colleges of M.Tech, you need to appear in entrance exams of M.Tech. After clearing this exams, you will get admission in these colleges like:
IITs
NITs
Birla Institute of Technology, BIT Mishra
Anna University
Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

M.Tech (CSE)
Both GATE and Non GATE candidates are eligible to apply for admission with B.Tech/BE or MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT (& its allied areas) with a CGPA of at least 7.00 out of 10 or 65% marks. M.Tech (ECE)

Hi, The University offers M.Tech in seven specializations. For M.Tech and ME, candidate must pass in BE/B.Tech degree in relevant specializations. The university admits candidates to M.Tech/ME on the basis of GATE score or through MHTCET conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Admission to M.Sc. Is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university. Selection to M.Tech is also done on the basis of entrance test conducted by the university. Regards.

Salary is that thing in India that you can only predict, if you can able to find some decent job and good job with good package. Otherwise, you can't be able to get that. But, for B.Tech and M.Tech, the package is around INR 12 LPA - INR 15 LPA in starting, and it will be beyond that also, if the company officials see great potential in you.
