Hi Rahul,
Yes, you can do regular M.Tech after distance B.Tech. There is not any basic difference between regular and correspondence course, as far as degree is concerned. The value of both the degrees means -Degree with regular and correspondence is same. You can get government seat in B.Tech college by scoring good rank in GATE entrance test. Thanks.

Yes, it's perhaps the best choice. Another option would be to go in for MBA or appear for civil service exams. It actually should depends on what fascinates you. I would advise you to select that course of action which will give you happiness.
