M.Sc. Stands for Masters in Science and M.Tech is for Masters in engineering. Once any of this course is done, then only you can apply for M.Phil.

Go for M.Tech in Civil Engineering with a specialization of your choice. The specializations available are:-
1. Structural Engineering.
2. Traffic and Transportation Engineering.
3. Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering.
4. Environment Engineering.
5. Geotechnical Engineering.
6. Construction Management.
7. Geo Informatics.

Sorry but as per their current status they do not provide civil engineering there.

Hello Chinmay, Perhaps both these got deemed university status in same year but MIT has presence in engineering education for more than 25 years. I would therefore advise you to seek admission in MIT first.

Yes ,you can do mechanical engineering then aerospace engineering, aerospace engineering is a part of mechanical engineering
