You will not get any decent college. I would suggest you to drop a year if you can & again prepare for GATE.
All the best.

Well, it depends on the branch you have your majors in. If you are from a chemical background, surely you will. If not, some skills are required and some basic knowledge as well. After that, you can start interviewing with such chemical industries. Some internships may help you for this.

Hello,
Don't worry, if you are in job right now, then wait for a year, and then apply for GATE exam. On the basis of GATE marks, you can get admission and generally all colleges give admission on the basis of GATE marks, so it seems quite tough to get admission without valid GATE score. So, wait for a year and apply for GATE exam, and then apply for M.Tech Working Professional Course.

There are many colleges who take admission to M.Tech programme based on your B.Tech percentage or CGPA. But many college also take tier entrance exam for admission. I suggest you to appear for GATE exam in next year and try to qualify it with very good marks so that you can get the seat in IIT etc. Your CGPA is good you can take anywhere without GATE but my advice is to go with GATE so that you can also apply for jobs in PSU by your GATE score card.

Yes, you can but you will only get private college, and i would not suggest you to take admission in them. Prepare for gate this year as taking admission in IITs and NITs gives you so many benefits in addition to doing m.tech plus you get 12400 rs monthly from HRD ministry as a scholarship and placements best among the country.
All the best.
