Hello Ajit,
Actually speaking, if you have realised your mistake then right thing is to seek change at this stage itself even at the cost of wasting one year. It is better than complete education and repent throughout lifetime. Change now itself.

In order to seek admission in Masters in Architecture degree course candidates must have passed B.Arch or its equivalent as approved by Council of Architecture with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. B.Tech Civil grads are not eligible for MArch in majority of Institutes. However, the School of Planning and Architecture, provides specialization options for meritorious civil engineering graduates in its M.Arch. program and related fields.

Hello Abhjit,
Govt COE, Aurangabad offers ME. In fact this degree is not given by COE but University under which college operates. But why are you worried ? ME or M Tech , both are exactly similar. There is absolutely no difference between these two as far as employers are concerned. So I would advise you to go ahead and take admission without bothering much about symantics.

India is slowly becoming Biotechnology outsourcing hub. Lots of multinational companies are outsourcing Research and Development work in Biotechnology to Indian firms. Most of the jobs in Biotechnology are research-based and most bio technologists are employed in research and development departments of institutions and industries involved in biotechnological work. Most of Biotechnology Science graduates are employed in R&D work. Therefore M.Tech Biotechnology graduates have good scope in R&D units.
