Hi Darshan,
Generally, after B.Tech, students do go for M.Tech so that after finishing M.Tech can gain higher salary package but to gain some job experience also students finish B.Tech and go for job and later on do M.Tech choice is yours, how you want to do after finishing B.Tech. Either go for a job or do M.Tech and go for job choice is yours.

Hi Khurram, well the admission requirements vary from country to country, accordingly the fee etc. varies, so first you should decide where to study. The application process is online, every university has its admission portal. You must submit the application form, SOP, LORs etc. via the portal within the specified deadline. you must also take the IELTS or the TOEFL. Depending on the country and universities you must also see if you require GRE etc.
