There are a lot of entrance exams for those who are going abroad.The exams are:
1. GRE
2. IELTS
After satisfying the eligibility criteria you have to show bank balance then only you are eligible.
Along with the bank balance, you must have a passport.
Instead of abroad, India also has good universities for M.Tech.

You can get in many private engineering colleges which have their own set of criteria for admission. I would suggest you for UEM Kolkata and to know more about the college visit here:

You may opt for Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma too. Please check here on the link below since you will know what you actually are interested in. Canadian universities are very selective, if you have grades below 70% apply to colleges under SPP for maximum chances
