Now admissions are closed so many reputed colleges can't take admission and you are going for a Masters degree then you have to study in a good college so that this degree is valued. If you have a valid degree then don't worry, try for a job and next year you can get admission as this degree is valid for 3-years.

Your relatives must deposit the amount on your or your parents' account and they can ofcourse sponsor your education, you can't show your relatives account as the funding source. Take help of a visa agent for this.
