For this you should search and see the placements of the college consistently and bonding with different companies.
Moreover, you should also, if possible, visit the college and ask the current studying students and take the feedback.

CSE is a demanding branch but apart for this you should also belong to a good institute, if you are from NITS or IITs, I think 5 years integrated is more than enough. But if you are very much interested to do more, go for 6 years.

I think it is better to complete Ph.D after completing B.Sc and M.Sc because B.Tech enables technical knowledge rather than teachable and Ph.D provides research knowledge for you to teach the future generations.

BSc ( of 3 years duration) graduates are not eligible to appear for GATE to seek admission in MTech. BSc graduates are eligible to appear for JAM (Joint Admission Test for MSc) to seek admission in IITs.
