Hi - for Canada you can apply for your Masters directly - GRE is not mandatory though some Universities ask for this. However for most MBA courses you will need a GMAT score and work experience. A very few institutions do accept without GMAT and work experience.

Moshin, doing B.Tech with Arts stream is not possible but what you can do is you can take admission on basis of class 10 in Diploma.
In fact universities like LPU, MMU, MVN,etc are offering Integrated Diploma-B.Tech course that will enable you to do B.Tech.
All these private universities are hub of quality education with good placements. Some of them even offer good scholarships.
Check their websites for more details
Good Luck.

You should pursue B.Tech only. Private universities can never give you that exposure and the required knowledge about the skills you need to have in the engineering field before getting into any company.

For MBA, you should take GMAT and for B.Tech, you should take GRE.
