Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. My recommendations in order of precedence for your choices are as follows: M.Tech, MBA.

Why you want to go for M.tech as B.Tech degree is enough as it is not sure that you are getting job after completing your M.tech so you may go for general competition preparation GATE exams and prepare for IES and stay updated with the job for civil engineer so that you get job easily as your age is also going fast.

Hello Saurav Ranjan! Both are equally good options. What matters more is where do your interests lie. If you want to make a career in management field, then B Tech + MBA is an ideal option. If technical field suits you more then go for M Tech.
