Normally when one wishes to do PG, it is some specialty of what one did in graduation. Hence, generally universities prescribe graduation in particular branch as eligibility for PG in different specialties. Hence the answer to your query is no.
However, let me find out if anything contrary to what I said is available.

Master of Technology is post graduation course which is taken after completing Bachelor of Technology. The B.Sc students have two options to apply for M.Tech. You can either complete M.Sc as I mentioned earlier.
Other option is doing B.Tech through lateral entry. Just like diploma holders, B.Sc graduates are also eligible for lateral entry into B.Tech. You will get admission in the secon
