It's good to dream about doing your M Tech from abroad. But let me assure you that best place to do M Tech in Civil engineering is IIT Roorki. Of course if you are interested only abroad then perhaps US or Canada or Australia would be better since language issues.

As for now you can go with the Rajarambapu Institute of Technology for structural engineering as its placements are good and its ranking is better than others.

IIMT University, Meerut recruits well qualify an experienced faculty and every year placed its 80 - 90% M.Tech students in top notch companies.
