Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (Maharastra-CET) is a computer-based management entrance test. Officially known as Maharastra-MBA/MMS-CET, the exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra, for admission to various management courses such as MBA/MMS, BE/B Tech, MCA, B.HMCT, M.HMCT, M ARCH in various institutes in the state of Maharashtra.
The admission to the management courses such as MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM is a centralised process and covered under Centralized Admission Process (CAP) carried out by the Competent Authority of the State of Maharashtra.

Yes you can apply. According to the official brochure of Maharastra CET, Maharastra-MBA/MMS-CET 2018 will reserve 15-30 percent of seats for All India candidates aspiring to appear for Maharastra-CET 2018
