JEE Mains college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. MH-CET offers admissions both on domicile basis and has some open quota for outstate students. So, if you have a domicile of Maharashtra & do well in the open test then you have a better chance of getting admission in a good college or else you will have to compete in the quota of outstate students.

Well, the course offered by IISC is more research -centric which leads to a different field and not as much favourable in getting the highest paid job. While, NITIE offers the courses which are more aligned to Technology and industry and the one who wants to pursue MBA from here so yes it is the right place to look for.
