FMS is a prestigious institute. No doubt about that. But, quitting your current job for that totally depends on the kind of job and role that you are presently working in. I would suggest try to find a similar job in Delhi or Gurgaon.

The M.Sc Cardiology is led by a medical lead for cardiology and stroke medicine who are both senior doctors and offers the opportunity to study all aspects of clinical cardiology including expert assessment and management of a range of cardiac conditions, cardiac interventions. I personally haven't able to find many colleges offering M.Sc. In Cardiology specifically however there are other colleges which offer a mix of cardiology with other streams.
