As per my choice, MIT. But if you get IBS, Hyderabad then only you can take a chance, otherwise, as per the ROI, MIT is a better choice.

It will be more helpful if you choose the first option as you are from the civil background. But one thing which I want to say is that please know about the reviews of that college before going there, I think this will not spoil your time and money.

I should tell you that nothing is easy and nothing is difficult. It is all about your interest and passion for work. MBA is a practical degree. Most people find it interesting. It also give high salary packages, if you get admission in good B school. Rest is all up to you.
