Hi Dev,
Today only, I went gov poly for admission regarding my sibling. So, there was written clearly Rs. 2504 DD for OBC/SC/NT candidate plus 3000 extra cash. Whereas Rs. 6000 DD, Rs. 2504 DD and 3000k cash for open student. This fee structure is from Nagpur gov poly. Here you can see OBC student don't have to pay extra 6k. So, OBC student is getting concession as compared to open student.
Regards.

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.

Yes, you can get direct admission in second year via lateral entry, but it depends on vacant seats available on second year and for vacant seats, you have to visit college and talk to college authorities.
