Hello Vikas,
There are plenty of colleges in Mumbai area which is also called as Brihanmumbai, which have mechanical engineering as a branch of studies. For getting admission in government or government aided colleges you will have to appear for ACET conducted by the government of Maharashtra & for colleges run by deemed universities will have to appear for entrance exam conducted by the concerned University.
