Eligibility criteria for MBA/ PGDM at ASM Pune is that the candidate must have minimum 50% aggregate in graduation (45% in case of reserved category from a recognized university and having a valid CMAT/ CAT/ MAT (Feb)/ XAT/ ATMA or Association CET score.

Both of these colleges are pretty good in terms of the quality of education which they provide. Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) was specially founded for imparting education in computer science and IT. It provides only three courses in B.Tech which are computer engineering, electronics and telecommunication and information technology while MIT provides degrees in almost all conventional branches. Talking about academics, PICT has an edge when it comes to CSE and IT. I have some friends pursuing IT there who confirmed upon this. The quality of education is pretty good. SIBM, PIBM and PUMBA are the only top colleges in Pune for pursuing MBA, especially in the finance stream. You can even consider SSBF as a backup option.
