You can get admission in any government college like AIIMs and IMS. Since you have not provided your rank in NEET 2023 I am not able to tell you the exact colleg you can get.Do check on official websites as they provide cutoffs for government colleges.

Congratulations on your NEET score! According to the previous year’s NEET cut-off trends in Maharashtra, there are almost no chances for you to get a seat in any of the semi-government colleges of Maharashtra. For the last academic year, i.e., 2022, the cut off for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Dyestuff Technology at Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai was 103920. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, opening rank was 26027 and closing rank was 31570. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 0 and 0. Admission to Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE.
