Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. There will be 120 objective types of questions for 120 marks in the examination for only PG programmes in Management or MBA
The subject Physics and Mathematics contains 50 questions in each whereas Chemistry English General Knowledge Aptitude comprises 25 questions in each. Check IMUCET Syllabus
The candidate needs to answer all the questions within 3 hours or 180 minutes. Each question will contain 4 options. One marks will be given for each correct answer and there will not be any negative marking for any incorrect answer in the examination for all the level of courses.

Hi, IMUCET Marking Scheme: There is no negative marking applicable for the test. Number of Questions asked: 120 MCQ Type (for MBA); 200 MCQ Type (for other exa. Sections in Paper: 6 (PCM, GK, English Aptitude) Mode of Exam: Online only Negative marking: Not applicable IMU CET Exam Pattern will be set and released by Indian Maritime University. A candidate who wish to apply for UG or undergraduate, PG or postgraduate, Diploma courses and Ph.D. programme at IMU must know IMUCET Exam Pattern. As per the exam pattern, IMUCET consists of 6 sections with 200 MCQ type Questions of 200 marks in total.

Hi.
For admission to B.Tech in Marine Engineering, students should have passed class XII with PCM as compulsory subjects, and an overall aggregate of 60%. The students must also qualify for IMU-CET to be eligible for admissions.
Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility requirements for admission to the B.Tech program:
Passed +2 with an average mark of 60% in PCM and 50% marks in English either in class 10th or +2.
To get admission, the student must pass the IMU-CET.
