Hello Shital,
It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing this course in spite of being a female student. Of course this course is open to both the sexes but participation of girls is quite low. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of admission in this institution.http://www.manetpune.edu.in/BSc-Nautical-Science/Eligibility-Criteria

Hello Pallavi,
There are hardly any colleges under MHT CET offering these two branches. Practically anyone who passes MHT CET will get admission in Aeronautical Engineering branch. For marine engineering the process is different in that there is a different entrance test that needs to be cleared. Best wishes to you.

College change or university change is possible only after the first year and it is completely dependent on the college and university's norms. Some universities allow it and some will not, plus you need to have good scores in your first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

It is purely a matter of your interest, and choice. Both the subjects are good and have wide scope if your interest is more towards computers, programming then go for computer engineering.
