BJMC and BMC, both is considered as the field of mass communication, some college provide it as BMC Bachelor of mass communication and some college provide it as BJMC Bachelor of journalism and mass communication. There is no difference between BMC and BJ.MC. In both the courses you have to study about journalism and mass communication, in both this courses you have study about editing, reporting, print media, electronic media.

There is no such major differences between B.A. In mass communication and B.J. M. C. (Bachelor's in journalism and mass communication). The course duration is three years. What differs is the number of subjects and the pattern of course. Visit: https://www.nimcj.org/bjmc.html
Bachelor of Journalism and mass communication is a specific graduate programme designed for this field whereas Bachelor of Arts has included mass communication courses along with various other courses of this stream.
