The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is a premier film and television institute owned by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India and aided by the Central Government of India. A Joint Entrance Test JET is conducted by Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune and Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata to shortlist aspirants for admission in various courses offered by these institutes. Based on the performance of written and oral examination, a final merit list is announced by the Institute for the selection of candidates. Shortlisting is done in two stages:
Result-1 is announced on the basis of the written examination and auditions. Result 2 is announced for the candidates who cleared the written examination. These candidates then go through orientation and personal interview. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of 1st and 2nd result lists each carrying 50% weightage in subject to qualifying on a medical test. Application Process

Take a print out of the application form and attach these documents with it-2 passport size photographs 4.5x3.5 cmDemand DraftDeclaration by parents/Guardian and by students.
