LSR releases cut-off every year for all the courses, some are entrance based too. It releases cut-off having category SC, ST, OBC, PWD, etc. Last year's cut-off link:

So, don't leave the course, and don't worry go and tell your college faculty all your problem, I am sure they will find a way out for you.
